Is monthly hosting really mandatory?
Yes. Monthly hosting keeps your bot live, updated, and performing. It covers ongoing maintenance, content updates, bug fixes, uptime monitoring, and our continued support. Without it, the bot goes offline. There are no hidden charges beyond the setup fee and monthly fee shown here.
What's the difference between Basic, Regular, and Professional?
Basic covers FAQ automation, lead capture, and a booking flow on your website. Regular adds WhatsApp integration, Google Calendar, email confirmations, rescheduling, cancellation handling, and urgent alerts — the full Hannah stack. Professional adds CRM integration, email drip campaigns, an analytics dashboard, and 6 months of priority support.
How long does it take to go live?
5 business days from the moment you send us your clinic details. We build, train, connect, and test everything — then hand over a live, working AI receptionist.
What's included in the Website + Bot Bundle?
We build your clinic's website from scratch, integrate Hannah directly into it, and include monthly site maintenance. It's one package, one team, one handoff.
What are the payment terms?
50% of the setup fee is due before we start building. The remaining 50% is due on delivery. Monthly hosting begins from the day your bot goes live. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and Razorpay.
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The additional cost is the difference between packages. No penalty, no restart.
