You must not use the services to
- break any law, or help anyone else to;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages without the consent or opt-out the law requires (including under CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, the Australian Spam Act and WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy);
- impersonate a person or business, or hide that a customer is talking to an AI;
- collect more personal data than needed, or collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or detailed medical records through a chat bot;
- use bots to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review;
- provide emergency, crisis or other safety-critical services through a bot;
- harass, threaten, defraud, discriminate or spread illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- infringe intellectual property, or upload malware;
- probe, scan, overload or try to get around the security of our systems or those of our providers;

Third-party rules
Bots run on platforms with their own rules, for example Botpress, WhatsApp (Meta), Google Workspace, and Twilio. You agree to follow them. If a platform restricts or removes your account because of your use, we may need to suspend the bot.
Enforcement
If we find or suspect a breach, we may remove content, suspend the bot, or end the service, with notice where practical. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
